A large fire broke out Monday at a luxury penthouse in main Moscows Khamovniki district, sending a thick plume of smoke into the sky.The blaze happened at the Roma Rossa residential complex, designed and furnished by acclaimed Italian architect Piero Lissoni, according to media reports.Russias Emergency Situations Ministry said it got a call about a fire at the six-story structure still under building and construction around 1:00 p.m.

Authorities dispatched 70 firemens, who included the blaze within an hour and totally extinguished it quickly after.The fire emerged throughout finishing deal with the leading floor and spread across 150 square meters (1,600 square feet), the Telegram news channel Ostorozhno Moskva reported, mentioning emergency situation sources.
